As SEO Manager you will lead your patch of clients in Perth, driving remarkable results for our clients, leading the SEO Strategy, implementation and helping to grow and develop our talented team.
You are a subject matter expert in SEO, owned and earned media strategy and are adept at developing strong senior client relationships. You will aid our team in developing and actioning SEO, content creation/marketing strategies to help our clients grow their share of voice and achieve their traffic and sales objectives.
You will collaborate with the Perth and National SEO team, coach your direct reports and share you knowledge, and work with cross-functional teams in driving integrated search and media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Expertise - Bring all your SEO knowledge to help our clients and people grow.
Client relationships - You cultivate strong senior relationships, knows when to take the
conversation "up a level" but can drill down into the detail
Strategic thinking - Apply a thinker mindset to unearth strategic opportunity and read between the lines with the strategic insights at your fingertips
Workflow Management - A skilled time and resource manager, you will lead by example in prioritising what's most important and coaching team members to ensure the delivery of high quality work across your portfolio of clients
Communication - Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders
Required Skills & Attributes:
3+ years SEO experience
Deep understanding and passion for Technical SEO, Content, Linking and Ecommerce, demonstrating understanding of how SEO works and its relationship with other channels
A strong performer looking for their next steps in managing top-tier
Self-awareness of their strengths and how to utilise them, look for support to overcome their weakness and synergises these qualities across the team for high
Strong presentation skills and storytelling ability
Ability to explain complex SEO concepts to stakeholders at all levels of knowledge and competency.
Proficiency across productivity and insights tools, including but not limited to; Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Suite and SEO tools such as Screamingfrog, Deepcrawl, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Google My
Evidence of remarkable work and awards won or contributed
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
