G Squared is growing and we want YOU to join our award-winning team, working with leading brands such as Wattyl Paint, Nick Scali, Mitsubishi Electric and more.
You will have your own clients, responsible for the strategy and management of their campaigns. You will manage a team of experts in technical SEO, link building and content writing, while maintaining G Squared's high standard of work. As a growing agency, your client list will grow, as will your team.
Most of all, you will live & breathe our approach of delivering innovative digital solutions that meet real business challenges.
What we are looking for
As a consultancy, we are driven to drive change for our clients, consulting with clients and driving our delivery teams to generate real business results. As an SEO Manager, you will bring together technical teams to ensure we deliver on this promise.
You will have the opportunity to pitch to prospective clients and work closely with our strategy, paid and SEO team in delivering truly integrated digital solutions to clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be working closely with clients, Web Developers, Content Managers and other subject matter specialists.
We want somebody who has:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEO role at an agency
Experience in different SEO verticals including SEO Strategy, Technical SEO, On Page SEO, Content Optimisation, Link Building, SEO Reporting
Experience in various link building techniques (blogger outreach, web 2.0 links, tiered link building, directory submissions)
Ability to understand complex business challenges and use SEO to solve those challenges, driving real business outcomes for our clients
Experience in eCommerce SEO, Local SEO
Experience in client management
Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
Experience in translating SEO data into actionable insights
Proven experience in delivering projects within scope and budget
Strong co-ordinating skills and experience running effective client workshops
Ability to see jobs from planning through to completion
High-level organisation, scoping and communication skills
Great time & deadline management
