Job Description:
As an SEO Executive at Syndell, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic not only on our in-house projects but on our clients’ projects too. Working closely with the team, you will need to devise and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and elevate our overall online presence across all these platforms.
This multifaceted approach will involve not only optimizing our main website but also ensuring that our in-house projects and clients’ projects receive the attention they need to thrive in the digital landscape.
SEO Executive Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research for high-value keywords and optimize content.
• Execute on-page/off-page SEO tactics: meta tags, header tags, URL optimization, and link building.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for ranking and traffic growth.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends.
• Creating high-quality SEO content.
• Implement technical SEO enhancements: site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, etc.
• Generate regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices.
• Explore and recommend emerging SEO techniques and tools for competitive advantage.
SEO Executive Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Executive with a demonstrated track record of enhancing search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
