We are hiring Senior/Lead US IT Recruiters.
Location: Noida Sector 63(onsite)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any specifications
Shift Timings: US Shift – EST (6:30PM – 3:30AM IST)
Experience: Minimum 6+ months
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems and Job Portals.
• Hiring candidates for US Clients.
• Postings vacancies on portals and networking within time frame.
• Screening candidate as per the requirements.
• Responsible for handling complete W2, and Fulltime recruitment life cycle.
• Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
