Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Designer (Women’s Wear) with a strong creative vision and exceptional client-handling skills. The role involves designing for both corporate and individual clients, ensuring high-quality bespoke outcomes, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Create innovative, trend-forward bespoke designs tailored for both B2B & B2C clients.
• Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
• Collaborate with production, inventory, and quality teams to ensure execution aligns with designs.
• Oversee fittings and ensure the final garment reflects luxury standards and meets client expectations.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, embellishments, and construction techniques to keep collections relevant.
• Contribute creative inputs that support brand growth, with potential to lead design initiatives in the future.
Requirements
• 6–7+ years of proven experience in fashion design (luxury / bespoke women’s wear preferred ).
• Strong knowledge of fabric selection, detailing, garment construction, and finishing.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills .
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness .
• A strong portfolio showcasing bespoke and high-end women’s wear design work.
