About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to lead and elevate the visual language of our digital products, websites, and brand experiences.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft world-class visual systems, interfaces, and storytelling moments that bring our brand and client projects to life.
As a Senior Visual Designer, you'll shape the creative direction, define visual standards, and ensure excellence across every pixel from web and app interfaces to campaign visuals and motion assets.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and usability, with a keen eye for design systems, interaction aesthetics, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Interface Design
Lead the visual design for websites and mobile apps, ensuring a balance between usability and creativity.
Translate UX wireframes and concepts into high-fidelity mockups, style guides, and pixel-perfect assets.
Define and maintain visual systems across products of color, typography, layout of grids, iconography, and components.
Collaborate closely with UX designers and developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
Brand & Design Language Development
Evolve and scale brand design systems across digital and physical touchpoints.
Create design documentation and visual standards to ensure consistency across teams and clients.
Work with marketing and product teams to craft compelling visuals for campaigns, presentations, and landing pages.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
4–6 years of professional experience in visual, product, or UI design, preferably within a design studio, agency, or tech-driven product company.
A strong portfolio demonstrating website and app design, design systems, and storytelling through visuals.
Technical Skills (Required)
Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of After Effects, Principle, or Lottie for motion and prototyping.
Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.
Familiarity with design handoff and collaboration tools (Zeplin, Webflow, or Framer).
Design Fundamentals (Required)
Strong mastery of layout, hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
Deep understanding of interaction design, visual storytelling, and brand systems.
Ability to create clean, scalable, and intuitive visual compositions aligned with product strategy.
Education & Background
Bachelor's or master's degree in visual communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

includes 5–8 best projects showcasing web/app visuals, design systems, and product storytelling.
