Job Description
At Shyft, we combine lifestyle management solutions (Nutrition, Yoga, Exercise and more) with technology to help our customers track, reverse and manage chronic health conditions.
The product will have health tracking based on wearables & diagnostics, integrated with full stack wellness services like Yoga, Nutrition & Exercise, to provide high impact and fast recoveries to the customers. The platform will also solve for scaling a highly personalized journey with focused communities, one to one mapping to coaches, and commerce, to show high impact to the customers.
Shyft is an early-stage heath tech platform and has recently closed its seed round of funding (US 6 Mn), led by Binny Bansal, General Catalyst amongst others. The company is founded by experienced entrepreneurs- Pankaj Chaddah (Co-founder, Zomato) and Pooja Khanna (former Chief of Staff, Zomato).

About the Role
As a Visual Designer, you will be an integral part of the marketing team and work closely with internal stakeholders to visualize and design all external brand communications. You will be responsible for ensuring that all our marketing communication (social media, digital ads, corporate communication, collateral etc.) look great, and are consistent with brand guidelines. We need you to have an ace aesthetic, new ideas, and the ability to make anything and everything look good. We’re not looking for somebody to just execute but also contribute; we’re looking for good inputs and for you to supplement larger marketing pieces with your skills and ideas.
Responsibilities:
• Ideation and execution of all design collaterals for external brand communication across channels and formats
• Ideation and execution for digital advertising creatives, across social media platforms and display networks
• Creating basic videos as and when required for varying requirements
• Helping keep the brand tonality in check via continuous work on design language
• Contributing with design inputs to supplement campaigns and marketing efforts
Skills & Experience:
• Skilled in softwares like Photoshop / Illustrator / Premier Pro as well as alternative options like Canva / Imovies.
• Great aesthetic sense
• Ability to churn out high quality design output at a fast pace
• Ownerships of your work & deliverables, along with maintaining your work records meticulously for future use
• Minimum 3 years of design experience at a B2C brand / startup or agency
