Job description

Responsibilities-
• Own end-to-end video editing and post-production for social, digital, and performance-led content.
• Create engaging visuals using motion graphics, VFX, compositing, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve editing speed, quality, and creative output.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos including ads, reels, brand films, and product videos.
• Work closely with marketing, performance, and creative teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across tone, look, and visual quality in all video and design outputs.
• Optimise videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, websites, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects and tight timelines with attention to detail.
• Review and support junior editors/designers, offering creative feedback and guidance when required.

Requirements-
• 3+ years of experience in video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of color correction, sound design, visual pacing, and composition.
• Familiarity with performance-driven creatives and formats for ads and social platforms.
