Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably within an agency or global marketing environment
Expert proficiency of one or more Editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
Collaborative competency and familiarity with adjacent tools and platforms such as After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail, pacing, and visual design
Demonstrated ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and cultural contexts
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Creative problem solver with excellent communication skills
Ability to navigate the diverse needs of a matrixed global Marketing org
Collaborative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand impact

In addition, they will understand global marketing needs and be capable of handling complex projects from concept to delivery
The work of our motion team encompasses brand marketing campaigns; instructional video content aimed at both healthcare professionals and patients related to the use of our products; informational videos for our employees; and social content for a variety of audiences
