Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Corporate Trust Analytics team. This role is located in Manchester, hybrid working.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
The Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager reports to the CT Accounting Director and manages the EMEA team that provides accounting/tax related functions for a group of Corporate Trust clients.
Directs processes and allocation of resources to support accurate and timely delivery of client reports.
Manages relationships with a broad set of clients, accounting firms and business partners.
Directs and sets priorities for processes that check for completeness and accuracy. Provides guidance to teams managed to ensure that accounting records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Resolves complex escalated issues from team members.
Provides guidance and reviews work of team members.
Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
5-7 years of total work experience and at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
Chartered Accountant
Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
