Weβre Hiring: Senior US Recruiter
π Location: Onsite β Ekkatuthangal, Chennai
π Job Type: Full-Time Night Shift (US Timing)

Experience:
β’ 3+ / 5+ years in US IT Recruitment
Must - Proven experience in SAP requirements hiring
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099)
β’ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for SAP roles (SAP MM, FICO, SD, ABAP, etc.)
β’ Work on requirements from direct clients / implementation partners
β’ Post jobs on portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
β’ Conduct initial screening and technical validation
β’ Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates & clients
β’ Negotiate rates/salary and ensure successful closures
β’ Maintain and update candidate database and trackers
