The senior trial attorney is a litigation team leader who has experience with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings and motions in state and federal court, discovery battles, settlement negotiations, and preparing for trial from day one.

• Demonstrated Trial Experience Success
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas
• An active member in good standing with Missouri and Kansas state bar associations; additional states are desirable, but not required
• Demonstrated experience in successfully executing legal strategy, taking depositions, motion practice, trial, arbitration, hearings, producing witnesses for depositions, and other key litigation events
• Proven experience leveraging critical thinking, persuasion, research, and relationship building skills
