Job Description
Join Almuqeet Systems as a Senior Telecom Engineer. You will design, deploy, and optimize signaling infrastructure (SIGTRAN, Diameter, CAMEL) across 2G, 3G, 4G, and converged networks. This is a senior-level role focused on core network engineering and SS7-over-IP migration.
Key Responsibilities
SIGTRAN: Design/maintain protocol stacks (M3UA, SUA, etc.) and lead SS7-to-IP migrations.
Diameter: Architect DRA/DEA infrastructure and optimize applications (S6a, Gx, Gy/Ro, etc.).
CAMEL: Develop Service Logic (CSL) and manage CAP dialogues for prepaid and VAS services.
Support: Act as L3/4 escalation for complex signaling issues and mentor junior staff.
Documentation: Create HLD/LLD and signaling flow diagrams for core infrastructure.
Requirements
Experience: 8+ years in Telecom Core Network Engineering.
Technical Expert: SS7 stack (MAP, ISUP, TCAP), SIGTRAN, Diameter (RFC 6733), and CAMEL Phases 1–4.
Tools: Expert in Wireshark, Tektronix, or Netscout for protocol analysis.
Vendors: Hands-on with Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Oracle, or Mavenir.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Telecommunications or Computer Science.
