What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack is looking for a Senior Technical Content Writer. If you’re looking for an opportunity to join an innovative, fun, and fast-paced team where your contributions will have a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you! Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Roles and responsibilities:
• Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation in easy-to-understand and simple language
• Create user guides, API documentation, microcopies, tutorials, blog posts, release notes, video scripts, and more for multiple releases of one or more products
• Work closely with various departments to understand project requirements and independently gather information from subject matter experts
• Work better on deadlines

Required Skills:
• 4+ years of experience in technical writing
• Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, across multiple geographies
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Intellectually curious and a learner for life
