We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising to join our IT company’s marketing team. This role is crucial for driving targeted traffic, generating high-quality leads, and maximizing the online presence of our IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry and a proven track record of creating and managing successful PPC campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• PPC Campaign Management:
• Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and other tech-focused channels.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research specific to the IT industry, focusing on terms related to software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other relevant IT services.
• Create compelling ad copy and design landing pages optimized for conversion, tailored to the needs of IT professionals and decision-makers.
• Campaign Optimization:
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
• A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and lead quality.
• Implement advanced strategies like remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments to enhance campaign performance.
• Lead Generation:
• Focus on generating high-quality leads for IT services and solutions, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead requirements and optimize campaigns to target the right audience.
• Budget Management:
• Manage and optimize PPC budgets, ensuring efficient spend across campaigns while achieving desired outcomes.
• Provide regular budget reports and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and industry-specific tools to track and report on campaign performance.
• Present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
• Utilize data to continuously refine and improve PPC strategies.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, PPC strategies, and developments within the IT sector.
• Identify new opportunities for digital advertising within the tech industry and implement innovative approaches to reach target audiences.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on PPC, preferably within the IT industry.
• Skills:
• Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns for tech products or IT services.
• Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and experience with IT-specific channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Understanding of the IT industry, including key trends, technologies, and market challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and their integration with PPC campaigns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
