Here’s what you’ll be doing: Roles and responsibilities • Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation in easy-to-understand and simple language • Create user guides, API documentation, microcopies, tutorials, blog posts, release notes, video scripts and more for multiple releases of one or more products • Work closely with various departments to understand project requirements and independently gather information from subject matter experts • Work better on deadlines Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in Technical Writing • Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences. • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, across multiple geographies. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Intellectually curious and learner for life What Do We Offer?
