KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the development of web applications and new product features.
• Design and review application architecture and technical solutions.
• Work hands-on with development, debugging, performance improvements, and production issues.
• Review code and maintain good coding and development standards.
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.
• Work closely with Product, Business, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Guide and mentor developers on technical and development practices.
• Identify technical issues, bottlenecks, and areas that need improvement.
• Design and review APIs and database structures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify the root cause.
• Help establish development standards, Git workflows, and release processes.
• Work with the DevOps team on deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, and server-related issues.
• Evaluate new technologies when required and recommend practical solutions.
• Make sure applications are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
• Participate in technical discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and architecture reviews.
