Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Tax Accountant or CPA with a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience to join our team
Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience
Strong bookkeeping experience (3 years required)
Proficient in tax preparation and tax planning (3 years required)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Highly organized, self-starter, disciplined, and courteous
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
Reside within a 30-minute commute of the office

Responsibilities
Accounting/Bookkeeping Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks for clients
Tax Planning Develop tax planning strategies for corporations and high-income individuals
Tax Returns Prepare income tax returns for corporations and individuals, and payroll tax returns
Client Interaction Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Compliance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Autonomous Work Work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
Confidentiality Handle all client information with utmost confidentiality
