Summary
The Supply Chain Finance Analyst will work on projects that drive and support the growth of Chobani. Our SC Finance Analysts produce and deliver meaningful, accurate, actionable, and timely analysis to all levels of leadership throughout the organization. The SC Finance Analyst will act as a liaison between the Operations, Logistics and Finance teams, providing support and analysis of financial results and forecasts, business initiatives, and ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities
Lead month-end close process and reporting for Warehousing & Distribution; including preparation of journal entries and analysis of monthly financial results through deviation analysis, explanation of performance drivers and key metric reporting
Prepare W&D monthly forecast, and assist with the creation of the annual supply chain budget
Work collaboratively with the Supply Chain team to analyze current trends within the ever-changing logistics climate and help identity risks and opportunities to plan
Assist in preparation of monthly presentations and reporting packages for management
Provide assistance in managing product-level costing and margin analysis
Provide strategy and recommendations on varied initiatives across all levels of management within the supply chain finance function
Perform financial analysis on proposed supply chain projects and other ad-hoc requests
Prepare analyses and narrative in support of program plans and budget requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or similar required
4-6 Years of experience preferred
Knowledge of statistics and financial concepts
Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and experience presenting quantitative analysis using MS PowerPoint
Advanced MS Excel/Access skills; SAP experience a plus
Strong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Must display a passion for the Chobani brand
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of an organization
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Must possess a strong work ethic, and be an enthusiastic team player

The salary range for this full-time position is $82,500.00 - $129,800.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
