Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer (Precast) to bridge technical engineering and commercial execution—handling structural design, tendering, estimation, and precast detailing.

Key Responsibilities
• Tendering & Estimation: Review tenders, calculate BOQs, support cost estimation, and drive pre-bid value engineering.
• Structural Design: Perform analysis and design for precast elements (boundary walls, U-drains, box culverts, retaining walls) as per IS codes.
• Production Support: Finalize Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and coordinate with the plant for manufacturing sequences and mould requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 3–8 years in structural design & relevant industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; expertise in tender preparation, BOQ/BBS generation, and IS codes (IS 456, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, deadline-driven, and excellent cross-functional communication.
