We are seeking a candidate with deep hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications to join our Human Capital (HC) team in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. You will be an early member of a growing group that designs, builds, and implements AI solutions that fundamentally improve the way HC operates. You will operate at the intersection of people strategy, product design, and modern AI capabilities. This role partners closely with HC leads, product management, and engineering to deliver AI features that are measurable, secure, and scalable.
