Senior Solutions software engineer

Description : Role Summary : We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer ASP.NET MVC to join a highly motivated development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and will be responsible for end-to-end development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications. This role requires strong logical reasoning, sound understanding of design principles, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and C#- Translate business requirements and user stories into high-quality, scalable code- Perform impact analysis for code changes across dependent modules- Create and maintain unit test cases to ensure code quality and reliability- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives- Suggest and implement code improvements to optimize performance and maintainability- Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore teams to deliver solutions on time- Raise risks, issues, and development slippages proactively- Adhere to established development standards, processes, and best practices- Work closely with the Team Lead to ensure architectural consistency and delivery excellenceEssential Technical Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or above- Proficient in C# with solid object-oriented programming concepts- Experience with ASP.NET MVC 4 or above- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery- Experience with SQL Server 2008 or above, including complex queries and performance tuning- Good understanding of design patterns and best practices- Experience in writing unit test cases- Prior experience working on Agile-based projects- Ability to understand and assess the impact of code changes across modules (ref:hirist.tech)
