We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Software Engineer(Workday) who can build and support Workday integrations and advanced reports. You should have the attitude to learn and challenge complex problems and want to develop SaaS, SOA, and web service expertise. As a Workday techno-functional analyst, you will support HR, Compensation, Advance compensation, Time Management & Absence management, ability to design and execute an end-to-end delivery with little or no support. You should have good communication skills, a collaborative nature, and a passion for helping other team members.
Responsibilities
• Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off
• Design, build, and test integrations between Workday and internal and external systems using Workday technologies such as Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Troubleshoot Workday inbound and outbound integration issues and provide support for changes to existing integrations
• Responsible for reviewing new Workday releases to understand the impact on existing integrations and lead regression testing
• Support configuring business processes, Alerts, notifications, and data loads across HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Advance compensation, and Talent Management.
• Develop Advance, Matrix, and complex reports.
• Develop, test, and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform
Skills & Requirements
• Ideally, 4-6 years of experience with Workday. Should have functional knowledge in HCM, Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, Advance Compensation, and Talent Management.
• Must have experience configuring business processes, Alerts, Notifications, functional configurations, and data loads across HCM, Absence,Benefits, Time Tracking, Advance Compensation, and Talent Management.
• Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards)
• Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad)
• Experience with payroll integration (Workday PECI) is highly desirable
• Experience supporting Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll systems - ideally Workday or ADP
• Commendable skills in written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
• Knowledge and Experience working with other HR applications like Green House, Learning management systems is plus.
