Senior Software Developer

What you'll do: • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js. • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards. • Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to enhance team productivity and code quality. • Optimize application performance and ensure efficient resource utilization by conducting performance testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to Ruby on Rails and React.js, and share knowledge with the team. • Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain applications in cloud-based environments. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies. What makes you a great fit: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer / Module Lead, preferably with a focus on Ruby on Rails and React.js.
