The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Social Media & Digital Storytelling Manager
who understands that true luxury is not merely seen—it is felt. You will act as the digital brand custodian and creative strategist for Dhiya Couture, translating the physical beauty, rich history, and intricate craftsmanship of our Rajputi heirloom pieces into an internationally compelling digital presence.
You will not simply manage platforms; you will curate a living digital archive of "quiet luxury," elevating our heritage narrative to reach a discerning, global audience of high-net-worth individuals, tastemakers, and couture connoisseurs.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Brand Narrative: Formulate and execute multi-channel digital strategies (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging luxury touchpoints) aligned with Dhiya Couture’s high-end positioning.
• Visual Curation & Art Direction: Direct, curate, and maintain a high-aesthetic digital grid. Balance seasonal collections, atelier craftsmanship (e.g., Gota Patti, Zardozi, hand-weaving), and editorial mood boards.
• Content Production & Direction: Conceptualize and direct high-production digital content, including editorial video reels, flat lays, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes artisan stories.
• Luxury Copywriting & Storytelling: Write evocative, culturally informed, and sophisticated brand copy that educates audiences on Rajputi lineage while evoking desire for heirloom couture.
• VIP & Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clientele, top-tier fashion stylists, and luxury influencers with utmost discretion, poise, and brand alignment.
• Collection Launches & Campaigns: Lead end-to-end digital rollouts for couture launches, bridal campaigns, and global editorial features across channels.
• Performance & Market Insights: Track engagement, monitor luxury digital trends, and refine content performance strategies while safeguarding brand exclusivity.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand strategy within luxury fashion, fine jewelry, luxury lifestyle, or art galleries.
• Aesthetic Excellence: An intuitive eye for high-end visual design, pacing, color palette cohesion, and modern luxury presentation.
• Cultural Fluency: Deep appreciation for—and knowledge of—Rajasthani textiles, Indian craftsmanship, and heritage fashion history.
• Platform Mastery: Expert-level command over Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of luxury consumer digital behavior.
• Exceptional Communication: Flawless English copywriting skills—able to blend brevity, elegance, and emotional resonance.
• Technical Agility: Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro) for rapid, high-quality story execution.
