About Artarium
Artarium is one of India’s leading luxury home décor and spiritual brands, specializing in
handcrafted brass idols, wooden décor, and premium gifting collections. As part of our rapid digital
expansion, we are looking for a talented Senior Developer to strengthen our D2C technology stack
and deliver high-performing Shopify and WordPress websites.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain D2C e-commerce websites on Shopify and WordPress
(WooCommerce).
• Customize existing themes, templates, and plug-ins to meet brand and performance goals.
• Implement advanced features, integrations, and automation using Shopify APIs, REST APIs, and
third-party tools.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to execute new campaigns and landing
pages.
• Troubleshoot and debug performance issues to ensure site stability and scalability.
• Manage technical documentation and version control (GitHub / Bitbucket).
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, WordPress, and WooCommerce.
• Solid understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Shopify Plus and headless commerce setups preferred.
• Ability to integrate and manage third-party apps, payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Tag Manager, and data-layer implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience working in D2C e-commerce, home décor, or lifestyle brands.
• Prior experience in scaling online storefronts and optimizing digital user journeys.
