Compensation Breakdown:
Hourly Rate: $25- $50
Annual Range: $80k-$140k+
Commission pay: $25k-50k
Performance Bonuses: $4000
Location: Springfield, OH
Schedule:
Full-Time
8 hour shift Monday-Friday
Possibility of a 4 day work week in the future

Requirements:
3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems independently
Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to use tablets, mobile technology, and digital dispatching systems
Capable of lifting, carrying, and working in physically demanding environments

Perform plumbing installations, maintenance services, and system upgrades while ensuring code compliance and quality workmanship.
Maintain accurate job documentation, invoices, and customer records using company technology and software.
Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team culture.
