We are currently looking for a Senior Search Consultant to work with us. Our office is in Gurgaon and we would prefer Gurgaon based candidates. We are looking for an MBA with a zest to build a great career in the search business.

To qualify you must have the following:

- Recruitment experience of minimum 3 years (mid / senior level hiring--we don't work on volume hiring or bulk so that will be a complete no no)

- Expertise in sourcing from multiple channels especially social media (if you have been used to hiring only from job boards this role will not work for you)

- Ability to understand job requirements much beyond whats written in the JD
