Job Title: Senior Script Writer Open Positions: 2 Location: On-site (Sec-43, Gurugram) Experience Required: 3–5 Years Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month (Depending on Experience) About the Role We are looking for experienced and performance-driven Senior Script Writer to manage scripting teams and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, engaging, and conversion focused content. This role requires someone who can lead writers, maintain scripting quality standards, improve content performance, and streamline the overall scripting process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in short-form/UGC content scripting, team handling, and content quality control. Key Responsibilities  Manage and lead an assigned scripting team effectively  Ensure timely delivery of daily script outputs while maintaining quality benchmarks  Review, approve, and provide feedback on scripts before final execution  Improve script quality through structured feedback and performance monitoring  Reduce revisions and improve first-draft accuracy and clarity  Mentor and guide writers on storytelling, hooks, retention, and content structuring  Work closely with strategy and creative teams to align scripts with content goals  Identify gaps in scripting quality and implement process improvements  Optimize scripts based on performance insights, audience behavior, and platform trends  Maintain consistency in brand tone, narrative flow, and content direction across the team Requirements  3–5 years of experience in scripting, content writing, or creative content leadership  Strong understanding of UGC, short-form, and performance-driven content  Prior experience managing writers or leading a content/scripting team  Strong command over storytelling, hooks, audience retention, and content pacing  Ability to handle high daily output without compromising quality  Experience in script reviewing, approvals, and quality control processes  Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills  Familiarity with AI tools and content workflows is a plus What We’re Looking For  A strong leader who can manage teams while maintaining creative quality  Someone who can improve both output efficiency and scripting performance  Detail-oriented with a strong eye for engaging and high-retention content  Ability to mentor writers and build a high-performing scripting team  Performance-focused mindset with a strong understanding of digital content trends Interested candidates can apply on
