Business / Sales strategies
• Facilitate to achieve annual sales target and to ensure a generative, sustained, consistent as well as predictable growth.
• To explore ways to improve brand visibility and awareness among target audience.
• To identify growth opportunities to expand business and increase market share.

Operation management
• Generating business from each URC
• Ensure Secondary sales
• Monitoring the sales promoters on a daily basis
• Ensure implementation of Shop N Shop and Branding in URC
• Ensuring proper visibility of products and visual Merchandising guidelines
• Competition mapping and activity
• Monitoring the Service representative for fast and efficient service after sales
• Stock correction at URC level to ensure nil dead and Dino Stock.
• Generating sufficient order from CSD depot
• Ensuring Despatches of good from CFA to CSD depot.
• Ensuring smooth completion of market survey for introduction of new items, one to one replacement /price Increase.
