Role Description
The Senior Sales Associate (SaaS | Martech) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for driving new business and managing the full sales cycle for SaaS and Martech solutions, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation. The Senior Sales Associate will build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include pipeline management, market research, forecasting, and using CRM tools to track activities and performance. The role also involves mentoring junior sales professionals and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, Martech, or IT services, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, solution presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools, along with solid analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and mentor less experienced sales professionals.
• Understanding of SaaS business models, digital marketing concepts, and the Martech ecosystem is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with a performance-driven environment and openness to ongoing learning, feedback, and professional development.
