Key Responsibilities

Provide standard general practice nursing procedures and activities, including HPV screening, immunizations, long-term condition management, wound management, and acute care.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
Serve as a mentor and resource for colleagues, providing guidance and support in the provision of primary care nursing.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the department.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with current experience in New Zealand primary care nursing. Key requirements include a high degree of autonomy, great assessment and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
