Role/ Job Title:Senior Relationship Manager-TASC Business:Retail Banking - TASC Function/ Department:Retail Liabilities Place of Work:Defined Branch / Branches Roles & Responsibilities: -The role entails sourcing TASC CASA to achieve regional targets. - Drive relationships with key clients, faster TAT and cross selling initiatives in order to increase the client base of the Region - Drive TASC NTB acquisition through other multiple channels & as well as self-sourcing. Right value sourcing to ensure value build up. Secondary Responsibilities : Capability building across mapped branches. Ensure quality of sourcing/ FTR/ KYC & regulatory adherence. Adherence to bank laid policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms Key Success Metrics: Budget Achievement of CASA demand & term deposit. Work with Retail Solutions team to ensure portfolio penetration and to ensure client activation and engagement
