Senior Recruiter

Location - New Delhi/Bangalore

Excellent package offered - 40000 IRS per month plus incentives

Pre-Requisites :
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in handling end to end recruitment
• Experience in IT and Non-IT roles
• Excellent communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, Online Advertising and various platforms of Social Media, Strong networks Referrals, etc
• Conducting telephonic and personal interviews and filtering suitable candidates for open positions
• Handling the complete end to end recruitment life cycle
• Recruiting for all levels of positions including Senior Management roles
• Employing appropriate methodologies to ensure effective benchmarking of candidates against the behavioral and technical competencies and cultural fit requirements of each position
• Advising Line Managers on the interpretation of behavioral evidence and participating in selection decisions where appropriate thus providing the best talent for their business
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to appropriate job portals, Social Media Platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong decision-making skills
