Key Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–8years of experience in a Record-to-Report (R2R) role
Strong understanding of R2R processes, internal controls, and accounting policies
Experience in transitioning finance activities
Proven ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Skills & Competencies
Interest in driving R2R process improvements and supporting system changes.
Strong communication skills
Good stakeholder experience with UK, US and EMEA
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
