Opportunity: Senior Receptionist
Location: West Dental & Implants
Full-Time hours Friendly Team Supportive Environment
Are you a confident, organised, and patient-focused professional looking to make a real impact in a warm and welcoming dental setting? West Dental & Implants - Dental Practice is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our team on a Monday to Friday-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both patient care and administrative work in a calm, professional environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Treatment Coordination & Patient Communication
Welcome and onboard new patients, explaining treatment options clearly and compassionately
Promote and confidently present our plans
Support dentists with treatment planning:
Input treatment plans into our dental software
Prepare estimates, consent forms, and info sheets
Present cases and payment options to patients
Schedule appointments and assist with financial arrangements
Track daily treatment figures and accepted plans
Manage follow-ups, recalls, and outstanding treatments
Provide complimentary consultations and create patient reports
Reception & Administrative Duties
Handle phone and email enquiries, especially from new patients
Monitor patient sources and marketing feedback
Support in running a smooth reception operation
Perform general administrative duties as required
Maintain a calm, professional, and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
A confident communicator, especially when discussing treatments
Friendly, approachable, and reliable
Highly organised and calm under pressure
Experienced in dental is preferred
Comfortable with dental software (training provided if needed)
