Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Front-End Developer to design, build, and enhance scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications supporting investor profiling, investor-opportunity matching, market intelligence dashboards, search capabilities, and AI-powered workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, modern front-end architectures, and enterprise web applications, with experience building data-driven user interfaces integrated with Azure-hosted services and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities Front-End Development
• Design, develop, and maintain React-based web applications and reusable UI components.
• Translate business requirements and product specifications into scalable front-end solutions.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Develop dashboards, search interfaces, filters, reporting screens, and investor-opportunity matching workflows.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across desktop and mobile devices.

Integration & Application Development
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work closely with Azure-hosted services and cloud-based application components.
• Implement robust error handling, loading states, resiliency, and client-side validations.
• Support application monitoring, logging, and observability requirements.

Performance & Quality
• Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, and application responsiveness.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce front-end best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot browser, API integration, and application performance issues.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Security & Compliance
• Implement front-end security best practices.
• Support security testing, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.

• 6+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
