An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the growing team at Kari Maitz Property.
We are looking for a polished, proactive and highly organised property professional who takes pride in delivering an exceptional level of service. You will manage a quality residential portfolio while building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and trades.
The role
Manage a residential property portfolio
Deliver professional communication and client care
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
Prepare tribunal documentation when required
Support the continued growth of the property management department
Work collaboratively within a supportive team
No trust accounting is required.
About you
Demonstrated property management experience
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional presentation and attention to detail
Calm, confident and solutions-focused approach
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Experience with PropertyMe is highly regarded.
