The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for managing high-value property transactions, advising clients on real estate investments, and driving business growth through expert market knowledge and strong client relationships. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead negotiations, mentor junior consultants, and deliver exceptional service across residential or commercial property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide strategic property recommendations
• Manage end-to-end property transactions, from listing to closing
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
• Lead negotiations to secure optimal terms for clients
• Prepare property presentations, proposals, and valuation reports
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
• Mentor and support junior property consultants as needed
• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in property consulting, real estate sales, or leasing
• Strong understanding of local property markets and investment strategies
• Proven track record of closing high-value property deals
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
