This involves investment to replace the infrastructure, and move to a more centralised, standardised and automated business model. This will enable faster processing easier and more frequent access to information, at lower levels of cost. As part of this programme, SCB is currently undergoing a comprehensive transformation which includes developing a new organisational and operational approach to Finance. Central to this transformation is the creation of a new Finance data platform based around SAP technology, to centralise, standardise and distribute data to all Finance processes and systems. This role will be instrumental in planning and deployment of the new age SAP solution across various SCB entities, across various countries and across Finance departments. The role will be responsible for: Taking product ownership of the Finance Data Platforms Defining, establishing and running a target operating model for the platform. Establishing associated processes, controls and governance models for the Platform and associated data Engage stakeholders across all Finance processes and workstreams i.e. Local Reg Reporting, Product Finance, Balance Sheet Management and Core Finance. The candidate is expected to establish and maintain effective governance and relationships to maintain the integrity of the platform to support a variety of stakeholders and requirements. Core Responsibilities include: Strategy Defining, implementing and evolving (as new data and processes are onboarded) the data platform operating model and governance processes.
