Senior Product Owner e-Commerce
Location:- Pune
Duration:- Full Time
About Clients:-
The Client is an Indian non-banking financial services company headquartered in Pune, they are focused on lending, asset management, wealth management and insurance.
Responsibilities of Senior Product Owner e-Commerce
• To drive overall product design including vision and product roadmap
• To help to groom and maintain the product backlog through a continuous process
• To engage with stakeholders regularly to understand/ gather prioritized requirements, convert them into business requirements and work in a continuous process of refinement through feedback from all stakeholders.
• Resolves dependencies and impediments raised by the teams.
• Establishes and monitors effectiveness metrics.
• To own the “What” and “Why” of the product building process.
• To be a representative of the customer for the Scrum Team.
• To decide what to release to the customer and when to release it.
• To maximize the value of the product increments.
• To own and be accountable for a ready Product Backlog.
• To define scope for the Development Team by using Product Backlog items’ prioritization.
• To decide on the product investments and to improve returns - maximize the ROI.
Requirements for Senior Product Owner e-Commerce
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology + Post graduation degree either in Technology or Management
• eCommerce domain knowledge
• 6+ years’ experience in developing and delivering eCommerce platform/products
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred.
• Experience managing and influencing a diverse team
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business case
• Experience in Agile Development delivery where products has been delivered using scrum or kanban frameworks
• Has performed the role of Product Owner / Program Manager
• Knowledge of lean/agile practices - good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the Scrum teams
• Knowledge/experience with Product Lifecycle Management processes
