Job Description
This is a high impact role in the journey of democratizing healthcare - A journey of discovering the unimaginable to drive sustainable health outcomes, bringing extreme user centricity, creating a tech first approach and playing this infinite game with high quality of execution.
The leader will figure who to build for and what to build - focused on, but not limited to, the outcome of driving generics conversion on various channels - Social commerce, retail store, app.
This is the core of Zeno and causing a breakthrough here means we would be changing the way Indian consumers buy and consume medicines - creating a whole new category.
The role entails continuous discovery (0->
1) and scaling up of solutions to cause the outcome. It would need you to understand user emotions deeply, experiment solutions that leverage the user understanding to drive generics conversion and stickiness, iterate, validate and scale solutions in collaboration with operations, internal product teams, engineering & other consumer charters.
Responsibilities
• Discovering and scaling solutions for the consumer. Who to build for, what to build and why - focused towards driving generics conversion & penetration outcome
• Identify the problems and opportunities that need to be solved / caused for delivering the outcome through
• Data
• User research
• Market
• Build deep user empathy to understand user emotions and build backwards from there
• Drive a cross functional team to find insights, run experiments, iterate solutions with agility. Setting up the structures & systems required to drive high quality execution
• Scale validated solutions in collaboration with operations, internal product and other consumer charter teams
• Spearhead user research interventions to generate actionable insights
• Build the team (internally + externally) required to cause the outcome
• Drive alignment and prioritization on product roadmap prioritization amongst stakeholders, including influencing another teams’ backlog in the interest of the outcome
• Identify and resolve dependency between other product areas
Who is a good fit
5+ years of demonstrated experience in
Owning and delivering outcomes as a PM / SPM / problem solver / innovation engine owner, on consumer side, preferably in organizations which involved operations as well.
Preferred experience in driving user behavior change (Eg : private label penetration, buying insurance online, etc)
• Agile execution
• User research
Product management competencies
• Very high user empathy and ability to understand user emotions through research, intuition, etc
• High on curiosity - seeking truth and operating from there (not from preconceived fixed judgements)
• Very strong at first principle thinking - Outcome orientation and agility to win fast or fail fast
