• *Qualifications Required:**
- 1+ years of experience in UI / UX design for digital products.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related design discipline.
- Familiarity with web-based applications and prototyping tools.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Framer.
- Exposure to user research, wireframing, and design thinking.
- Understanding of customer needs and user-centered design.
- Degree in a relevant design field is a plus.
