Job Title: Senior Private Bankers

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Relationship Management: Generate revenue from your book by building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and investment preferences.
• AUM Growth: Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic solutions.
• Investment Advisory: Provide expert investment advice and financial planning services, using market insights to create tailored portfolios.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams—including wealth management, research, and compliance—to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and economic developments to guide investment strategies and offer timely advice.
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and events to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Private Banker, preferably in an MNC Private Bank or Wealth setup. Minimum investment book size of INR 300 crore.
• Entrepreneurial and driven, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and growing AUM.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CFP) are advantageous. An MBA is preferred.
