Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor / Senior Plumbing Supervisor to join our Engineering team for residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing all plumbing-related works at the project site while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all plumbing and sanitary works at residential project sitesEnsure execution of plumbing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Inspect and ensure the quality of plumbing installations, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and firefighting piping systems.
Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization at the site.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the Engineering team.
Requirements:
7–15 years of relevant experience in plumbing works for residential construction projects.
Diploma/ITI in Plumbing, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or any related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, sanitary, and piping works.
Experience in supervising contractors and site execution activities.
Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications.
Good coordination and communication skills.
