We are seeking a Senior Plc Engineer to join our team in Raipur. This is a full-time position, ideal for a candidate with 7 to 10 years of industry experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, SCADA Systems, and PID Control, and will lead efforts in developing and refining industrial automation solutions. This role is perfect for an expert ready to take on nuanced challenges and drive innovation in our operations.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in PLC engineering, focusing on complex automation systems.
• Proficient in Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, essential for all our system integrations (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in SCADA Systems, crucial for real-time data acquisition and control projects (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in PID Control for fine-tuning automated processes and system optimization (Mandatory skill).
• Solid experience with Siemens S7, enabling efficient process automation and controls.
• Proficient in HMI Development to enhance user interaction with machine interfaces.
• Experienced with Industrial Ethernet for seamless and robust network communications.
• Demonstrated experience in Ladder Logic Programming for effective and efficient process control.
• Understanding of Safety Instrumented Systems to ensure operational safety and compliance with industry standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain PLC control systems to ensure seamless process automation and optimization.
• Lead the development and integration of SCADA systems for enhanced operational monitoring and control.
• Apply expertise in PID Control to improve and stabilize automated industrial processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative automation solutions.
• Ensure all systems meet industry standards and comply with safety regulations and protocols.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to resolve any control system issues promptly.
• Continuously evaluate systems to recommend upgrades or improvements for enhanced performance and efficiency.
