Project: This project is a mixed-use development including Hotel, Business Centre, Retail divided into 2 plots. Total BUA is 24,44,800 sqft.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining project-specific programs.
• Liaising with the project manager to produce accurate project schedules and regular schedule updates.
• Preparing summaries and forecasts focusing on schedule status and resource coordination.
• Improving the practices and procedures for preparing managing and controlling project schedules.
• Identifying and evaluating associated schedule, resource conflicts and potential cost impacts and issues.
• Monitoring site documents.
• Retaining historical information as to actual performance for future reference.
• Assisting in the establishment of project cost structures in ensuring consistent cost allocations.
• Participating in project issue and risk analysis identification and remediation.
• Preparing reports, dashboards and presenting these to the client.
• Preparing minutes of meeting and do appropriate follow up on the action’s items.
About you
You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering with MBEM and BIM and be a member of a professional body. You have experience in planning and scheduling of any project of similar nature.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have proven experience working on a project from start through to completion within consultancy industry and are poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
