What we do: We offer certified training to students to achieve their desired results in competitive/proficiency exams for English, French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese & Korean. We use an in-house portal, creative content to make the learning experience seamless while providing internationally recognized curriculum and expert trainers. We have trained more than 5000+ students from all over India and countries like France, Canada and The US.
As a part of our growth phase, we are looking at hiring talented professionals with a passion to work in the ed-tech space.
Department: Sales
Designation: Senior Overseas Education Counsellor
Overall Responsibilities:
• Responsible for generating business through high admission conversion through counselling.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction as per company visions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for academic & career counselling to prospective leads & conversion to registration (In-house & Outdoor counselling)
• Doing college tie-ups, arranging seminars and acquiring databases.
• Conducting & delivering activities for lead generation & conversion.
• Key point of contact with student & support at every step to complete end to end process of registered student application with the help of operations to successful student Visa & enrolment at university abroad.
• Being a guide to students to help them build a career overseas.
• Maintain effective communication till the time learner is at the university.
• Any other responsibilities in addition to the above as and when delegated by the Management.
• Analyse and identify all customer issues in sales processes and recommend solutions.
• Cross functional coordination.
• Coordination with vendors to support students to overcome challenges in completing the process.
• High level of empathy, patience and confidence
Key competencies: Problem Solving Skills, Strong Leadership & Management skills, Presentation Skills, Inter & Intra personal skills. Should be ready to across Mumbai if required & across country as & when required occasionally
Qualification: Graduate/ Post-Graduate
Experience:
• Business Development: 1 year (Required)
• Admission Counselling: 1 year (Required)
Overall Experience: 2 to 5 years in industry
Added Advantages: VISA specific country knowledge ( USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Dubai, New Zealand and Ireland)
Work Location: Chembur, Mumbai (hence preferred candidate from Mumbai)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
