Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional development and expertise. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative operational models. Contribute to the firm's knowledge base and intellectual capital in operations management. Prepare and present compelling proposals and reports to clients and internal leadership. Drive business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships. Champion change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of recommendations. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to support operational improvements. Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in operations management, process improvement, supply chain management, or management consulting, with a significant focus on operational strategy. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex operational transformation projects for clients across diverse industries. Deep expertise in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Total Quality Management (TQM). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity. Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior executives. Proven experience in managing remote teams and delivering projects in a virtual environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Ability to travel as required for client engagements (though this role is primarily remote). Demonstrated ability to drive change and achieve measurable business outcomes.
