Calgary, AB (In-Person Role)
Office Location: 610 70 Ave SE, Calgary
$18-20/hr + 1-7% commission.
$50,000 - $100,000 a year

Important Note (Local Hire Priority)
We are prioritizing candidates based in Calgary. This is an in-person role, and we’re looking for someone we can meet, train, and grow with directly.
Weekend availability is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Move Coordinator, you will:
Quote customers for local & long-distance moves
Quote residential & commercial moving projects
Quote storage services (portable & climate-controlled)
Conduct video call estimates with clients
Occasionally attend in-person walkthroughs
Meet clients on-site when needed
Follow structured sales scripts
Manage opportunities inside our CRM
Deliver a confident, professional, and personable experience

Service-based sales background

Compensation
$20/hour base pay
1–2% tiered commission on sales
